This engagement strategy was developed to transform the University of Arkansas Libraries’ Instagram account into a dynamic, student-centered platform that promotes resources, drives visibility, and strengthens campus connections. Using a consistent and creative content plan, audience engagement tools, and analytics monitoring, I increased student interaction and showcased the Libraries as a valuable part of the Razorback experience.
